The location here is perfect and wonderful, right by central areas and Plaza Independencia, the room was tidy and the bathroom was good.

I asked for an a double room and the one given was fine and bright. I had central heating and multi-channel television, comfy bed...

little hotel, the idea of having a twin room was great. truly enjoyed a flat-screen tv with cable channels and climate control in the room. the staff was amicable, incredible. my stay here was good.

He went out of his way to assist us during the busy eclipse period, ensuring our other hotel reservations in San Juan were taken care of. Their helpfulness and attentiveness made our trip much smoother.

The hotel has a great location, right in the heart of the city. It makes it easy to explore the main square and the shopping streets. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. One particular instance was when our day tour got cancelled, they quickly helped us rebook another tour that started just a few minutes later. It saved our day and made our stay fantastic.

The continental breakfast provided was basic but satisfying. The price for the stay was reasonable and the Wi-fi was reliable. Thanks to Luis, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to assist me during the chaotic time of the total eclipse.
